Completion of the Clinical Consultation is required before an Offer of Admission can be made.

IF YOU ARE IN AN IMMEDIATE CRISIS, AND NEED ASSISTANCE RIGHT NOW, PLEASE DO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

*If your situation is possibly life-threatening, please either call 9-11 or go to the nearest Emergency Room via a trusted person ideally assisting you to arrive at the ER safely for immediate assessment.

* If you are in a mental health crisis that is not immediately life or safety threatening,  and need to speak to someone immediately, please DIAL 9-88 to be connected to the 24/7/365 Mental Health Crisis and Support Line.

The Purpose of the Consultation:

The Consultation Call is a discussion to best determine fit for possible admission either at our center, or if another center will more likely be a better fit, then a referral for you will be provided when it is possible for our Director to do so. The consultation call also provides you with opportunity to ask about how our center works (i.e. fees, admission timeframes, and other common questions people often have when deciding where they would like to start therapy services).

Important Information to Know About Our Clinical Consultations:

Completion of the Consultation Call does not guarantee that an Offer of Admission will be made to you or for your loved one.

This is predominately because of the following: if our center or our therapy providers are not the best fit for your clinical needs (or your loved one's clinical needs), our Director will do her best to offer you a relevant referral to another provider-- or a directory of providers--so that you can choose to reach out to an alternative provider that may fit the clinical needs better that our center would.

Admission Offers also depend on the availability at our Center to take on a new client.

IF WE ARE CURRENTLY QUOTING A WAIT TIME FOR ENTERING OUR SERVICES:

We make every effort to make wait times reasonably short; however, the wait time can vary significantly from NO WAIT TIME, to a few weeks wait, or even a few months wait time (rarely, but this is possible). You will be notified of any pre-admission Wait Time--to the best of our Director's current ability to ESTIMATE the WAIT TIME--during the consultation call.

Medical/Therapy Professional Services Disclaimer:

The Consultation also should not be regarded as a therapy service, a diagnostic service, nor does it establish a client-patient relationship between you and us.

Voluntary Status Clients Only:

We only serve clients who are voluntary for admission, and this voluntary requirement applies to both teen clients as well as adult clients. We do not accept persons court-ordered to treatment.
